Beach Boutique Hotel

It's actually quiet here! No outside or inside noise even when the housekeeping are working it's pleasantly quiet. It's real clean, smells clean, really comfy beds, fluffy towels, individual soaps and shampoo, individual face cleaner wipes, plastic cups, flat screen TV, Kuerig coffee and tea, refrigerator, microwave are here... there are no complaints from our family! The swimming pool is crystal clear. The area around the pool and hallways are clean. The entire property here is maintained nicely. Rooms are nice size, ours have two inviting queen comfy beds, desk, end tables, chair and ottoman, desk chair, and dresser with a suitcase table. Bright white sheets and white blankets compliment the room. The carpets are even clean! Housekeeping definitely shows their pride with quality work. Yes we will be back! Oh I forgot... there's a complimentary breakfast. Juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, yogurt, breakfast bars, mandarin oranges are offered now due to Covid but I understood there's other items when it's fully open. The front desk staff always have been helpful, kind, and cheery. The housekeeping staff are pleasant and helpful. The bath towels are plush and plentiful. This is truly a home away from home! The DART bus is located in the rear of the hotel. It's safe walking to the bus because it joins the property by using a quaint wood bridge. If you want a bicycle, you can rent it right off the bridge too. This hotel is walking distance to a market, several restaurants, and other stores. Yes if you need to go to the outlet stores, you have walking access.

Checked in on 6/1/19 the minute I walked into the lobby you could smell the amazing fragrance of a diffuser. The staff was pretty friendly, they allowed me to check in early, which was a great! The room was so clean and the bathroom was spotless. Minor issue with toilet, however overall I was extremely pleased. It was quiet and peaceful, a great weekend getaway. I will definitely be back. I'm not sure why this hotel has such poor reviews. I feel like it needs a social media revamp. Here is my take.... Impromptu birthday trip with no research led us here. We checked in at 8 p.m., and it was erely empty, seriously, 5 cars in the lot and a too quiet lobby. They NEED sound upon entering, whether it be music or tv. Pros: The rooms were big and not packed with furniture. It was clean enough, There was a kitchenette The wifi worked. The outdoor pool looked nice, but we didn't utilize it. I preferred the hotel wasn't ON the boardwalk since we were kid free but close enough to be there in a few minutes. Breakfast is included. The hotel is ON the main strip, close restaurants, shopping and gas. Cons: The price is a bit high for what it is. There isn't an ice machine on every floor. There were strands of curly hair on the bed, which we were hoping were shed by cleaning crew but slept on top of the sheets just in case. I'm ok with the small selection for breakfast, but the prepackaged coffecake had fuzz growing in the package. With some attention to detail and a little revamp, this hotel could be a good spot. I would consider staying here again.

Impeccable cleanliness when you walk in the hotel. Room was very clean+ bathroom. Very peaceful environment especially for families! Cannot say enough of their staff especially Jeff! Assisted promptly and was as pleasant and superb as customer service should be. This place is a hidden treasure MUST come to@ Rehoboth Beach.

Pretty decent basic hotel. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Could be pricey if you book last minute. Room cleaning people could do a better job making sure they clean everything that was left by the last guest.

I booked on Expedia the night before our stay here. The staff were courteous and attentive. They even allowed us to check in ahead of time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property looked inviting. This is a great deal. I'm glad I opted to stay here.

The hotel is dated but clean, the staff friendly. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Our room key kept deactivating and they had to reprogram it every time. The breakfast lacked but I didn’t have high expectations. About an eight minute drive to the beach.
